Contracted by Doug Jones, E.A.S.I.
                        Matthew Beck was asked to assist in the testing phase of four rooms at McCormick Place West, 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, Illinois, in an effort to propose to best room suited for the needs of the Midwest Clinic, a music teachers association. Matthew was also in charge of computer modeling all four rooms to provide a fast and cost effective path in applying proposed acoustical treatment.

            Software Development
            Acoustimatic has also developed an at home, user calibrated hearing test. This software allows the user to systematically calibrate it for any pair of headphones they choose, test their hearing at 9 separate frequencies and receive a print out of the results.
            The software is undergoing testing and patent/trademark approval and should be ready by January 2009.

            Intelligibility Study/Columbia College Chicago
            A research study under the guidance of Columbia College Chicago was conducted in order to determine how well, if at all, a person can understand speech while in the vicinity of an operating construction skid-steer.
